The leadership team supports the growth of the members of the team. There is also clear communications on updates, goals, and expectations.

I get to work on the tasks I like to do, get opportunity to work with colleagues from different departments, and see the effect of the process we have laid out.

The team is supportive of each other. There is honest and open communication of what we need, what needs to be improved, and how we can achieve it. The relationships also go beyond work deliverables.
