The most positive thing about the culture and environment of TaskUs is the fact that I have never had to question either because it has always been positive for me.

Seeing the metrics in the green as well as seeing our clients happy and impressed with our work. The recognition for my ideas and decisions I make to better our team is plentiful.

We can speak directly to each other about the problems and roadblocks we have without losing sight of the end goal. All of us want the same thing which is to perform at our highest abilities which is amazing to see from an entire Ops team.

I leave my home State for over 50% of the year to ensure our client projects are managed to success. I also work irregular shifts/ longer hours to ensure our clients are happy with our work. I love every aspect of what I do but would like higher compensation for the work load I carry.

Por que você se sente desvalorizado e o que faria você se sentir melhor compensado?

I would like to be paid fairly for the work I do. The role I have is considered an OM role but I am working on a higher level than an OM and have to help an entire LOB instead of just a small team like they do. They rely on me to pick up their slack and I am still being paid less than they are.
