Utilize all tools first rather than keep asking questions that could easily be answered by a little research. Also, take each survey seriously since this affects how decisions and outcomes are made or brought about.

Changes that are brought about to be executed immediately and done without consulting teammates at all. An increase that doesn't really feel like an increase since it's usually around the hundreds level. Power tripping of most higher ups.

LISTENING TO WHAT THE TEAMMATES HAVE TO SAY AND TAKING IT SERIOUSLY. CONSIDER THE TM'S SIDE BEFORE DECISIONS ARE MADE O ROLLED OUT SICE THEY WILL GREATLY BE AFFECTED AS FRONTLINERS. ALSO, THEY TEACH US DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION BUT BRUSH OFF THE MINORTY WHO ACTUALLY HAVE THE EXPERTISE AND HARD FACTS.

THEY PUT A LOT OF MONEY INTO PAYING ENTERTAINERS FOR SILLY EVENTS BUT THEY CAN'T GIVE A SIZEABLE AMOUNT 30% ATLEAST FOR TM'S WHO HAVE BEEN SLAVING EITHER ON SITE OR AT HOME TO MEET THE STATS THEY ASK AND THEY SEEM TO BE TAKING ADVANTAGE THE CORE VALUE OF DO MORE WITH LESS BY PILING ON RESPONSIBILITY
