First year at this company was undoubtedly satisfying. The best company so far. But I feel sudden changes in the culture or maybe it is only the account and the leaders.

Before it was People first but that I can no longer feel. More of client first now.
O que está ruim e como pode melhorar?
Permanent WFH setup but we're always threaten to go on site if the demand goals are not met. Nothing excites me to go to work.
Por que você se sente desvalorizado e o que faria você se sentir melhor compensado?
Too many demands. Lot of cross skilling but then we are not getting any extra compensation atleast. From web to chat to pure phone and number of crosskillings Account is consider hybrid but salary is not increasing.
No que a equipe de líderes deveria melhor?
Stop being toxic. Stop pressuring teammates. Find ways to motivate us when you think we are demotivated. Don't show your presence only when team/teammates scores are at risk. Show your presence every time. Treat us as humans, not robots. Act with sense of urgency when TMs needed assistance.
