It is rare to see a company that cares a lot for their employees. With my 10 years of work experience, I only found two in which TaskUs is the second company. I worked at 6 companies already. The salary is not that much, but the work life balance is fantastic.

They care a lot for their teammates. There are some gray lines, but I believe that they are working diligently to provide what they think is best for all employees.

We are currently tagged as CSR even though we are making tech support most of the time. If they can change that tagging to TSR so that we can get the correct salary for it, that would be appreciated. Also, if they can make the merit review every 6 months instead of annual review, that will help.
