We need an update on our salary or basic pay since there was an increase in the salary in the region. Planned, birthday and unplanned leaves are few things that separates our company from other company and I hope that salary is included soon.

Does not pay well and the only thing that let everyone stay in my opinion is the leave attendance policy and nothing more. Restricting ULs and PLs will likely let everyone think about staying in the company and to consider other oppurtunities.

Low salary due to provincial rate and the only way is to increase basic pay and skills allowances.

increase the skills allowance, basic pay or the hourly rate. There should be also an appraisal of salary every year.

They need to be better at seeing things ahead of time so everyone will be well prepared for any roll outs or updates.

The company does not recognize employee loyalty or tenureship and let everyone feel that someone can always replace you. Yearly salary appraisai without meeting certain conditions or expectations will definitely make everyone feel way better

The most positive thing about the culture and environment at our company is that Tier 1 Teammates referred to as front liners are prioritized with every directives implemented and most of all not being taken for granted.

I have noticed that the incentive program favors Inbound more than Chat at Supervisor Escalations Team. It was okay at first since IB is more complex but having offlines denied most of the time and launching new tools while an incentive program is in progress, I think there is an unbalance going on.
