I've been in different BPO companies but TaskUs is really unique. From our culture and our management. I really feel different here in TaskUs. You will feel your importance as an individual, you can feel that your future is really secured. TaskUs is my greatest company so far!

At first, I'm really excited working here. I made friends. But months after months, I'm feeling kind of a tired. Lots of workload but the compensation is not enough. I was transferred to new LOB and my allowance was cut by like 75%. I feel bad for that.

Benefits are good but compensation is really low knowing that we support one of the biggest company in the world. This is where I experience doing cross-skill trainings but the salary is decreasing.

Management improvement. We didn't even know who's our manager now.

They always make sure that their teammates are well prepared for any challenges everyday.

The basic pay and skills allowance are very low. Knowing that we are supporting a very big company.
O que está ruim e como pode melhorar?
The tools that we're using is bad, we have to annotate small parts of the body with blurred images. This is something to improve.
Quais são algumas das melhores coisas da sua equipe?
We're just always laughing and we set aside our personal problems whenever we're working. It helps us boost our confidence and interaction with other teams/teammates.
O que faz você mais feliz no trabalho?
I always think about my future here in TaskUs and that really makes me happy everytime I go to work. My friends is a plus!
Por que você se sente desvalorizado e o que faria você se sentir melhor compensado?
I've been on different LOBs in a span of 1 year. Instead of getting paid higher because of the endless trainings, my salary decreased.
Por que você se sente desvalorizado e o que faria você se sentir melhor compensado?
Pay should atleast go higher since TaskUs is one of the most competitive company here in the Philippines. Also, almost all of the basic needs' prices are going higher and higher, it's really affecting us.
Qual é a coisa mais positiva da cultura e do ambiente da sua empresa?
TaskUs is always employee first. Even the my TL and Manager are always making sure that we're okay. They communicate with us from time to time asking if there are any challenges and that's really awesome!
O que está ruim e como pode melhorar?
My skills allowance went very low when I transferred to a different LOB. We are working at night, and it's a no joke for our health. Also, prices of basic needs are going higher and higher, while our salary still remains the same.
