Compensation is not as per industry standard or I can say as per skillset and responsibility given. Even high compensation people getting laid off.

Compensation should be as per market standard and that is the reason we have high attrition rate even in Core apps team. We don't try to retain existing employee rather pay high package to new employees. We have tax benefit venue and we get good in hand salary.
