Good working environment, great culture and benefits but low salary, well at least from our country.

8/10. TaskUs does not offer high salary compared to other BPO companies, but they value work life balance, you can file your plan leave auto approved without need to beg from a manager or supervisor.

TaskUs hires people regardless of gender, race, religion, etc. In other words, they offer diversity and provide rights to second class citizen.

That its not toxic like the previous accounts I handled from previous BPO companies. The campaign is not toxic but the operation management sometimes is.

No salary increase even with inflation going on.. Would it hurt that much to add at least 30 USD to our basic salary to get by with the inflation?

No salary increase due to inflation, with the current salary I feel like Im back working at a fast food restaurant. Nothing left for leisure or to buy new clothes

We look at our monitors 8 hours a day and 5 days a week, this makes our sighted poorer overtime. TaskUs should include lasik surgery to HMO since it is what most of people who works on the BPO industry need nowadays.

Salary increase! Bills and daily necessities are pricy these days due to inflation. We could not save since the salary is just enough to pay the bills and sometimes its not enough you have to barrow money from a friend or family member.

Campaign wise, its not stressful as other campaigns I've handled from previous BPO companies. But in terms of Management, nowadays they all just want to talk about numbers where in before they said that they focus on behavior instead of number.. well not these days.. its all about numbers numbers..
