It is indeed that some of the teammates are easy to approach and accommodating.

Quais são algumas das melhores coisas da sua equipe?

Our team is good at acknowledging whatever is being said by any member of our Team, even by other people. We are all competitive and indeed knows what is right or wrong. Most of all, we help one another and find time to bond even via virtual meeting.

Por que você se sente desvalorizado e o que faria você se sentir melhor compensado?

There is no enough perks or recognition for performing well in different aspects. No other criteria in which a teammate in our account can be given a bonus for doing great in the specific criteria. Only the number of tickets is the only basis of productivity and that is the only perk.

O que você mais gosta nos lideres?

Our team has the best Team leader as she is very competitive at all aspects. She always make sure that deliverables are all done while she assist us with our concerns all at the same time. She even go beyond her work hour just to finish all the tasks especially when the task deals with her team.
