The company and its employee benefits are somewhat outstanding, but only when it was informed in the new hire orientation. Came production floor and all of it were almost something that would hit you or your team like the UL which is very disappointing.

Be considerate of the teammates suffering from an account that has been very ridiculous and isn't even fixing the known issues repeating as contact drivers daily for the last year or so

The company should be direct and honest of what is the full task that a teammate has to accomplish from the recruitment point. We are all suddenly choked after training that the Deliveroo account handles 3CC which wasn't what the recruitment informed back then.
