At first I thought it was the best even of it wasn't paying well, but now everything changed. The company is just so demanding about reaching goals but not giving salary increase or any kind of motivation such as incentives.

Everything feels terrible at this time. Low compensation, no incentives, high demand without motivation

My managers and immediate supervisors are kind and approachable, they always make sure that we have support especially during prod time.

Work From Home Set-up made my life easier and the people I talk to everyday at work through Google meet or google chat.

Quais são algumas das melhores coisas da sua equipe?

We share happiness with each other but joking and I feel at ease. Also, I can count on them when I need support and the TL or manager is not around.

O que faz você mais feliz no trabalho?

I am happy and excited to work knowing that I work from home, less hassle, no travel time, no expenses for transportation, food allowance and rent and I can be with my family as well.

Por que você se sente desvalorizado e o que faria você se sentir melhor compensado?

Our company should understand that it's already 2022 and the prices of commodities are skyrocketing. We need a higher salary and as you know we can only get an increase when we get promoted. Also, skills allowance for SES chat was unfair compared to SES IB.
