
it was good before the pandemic
its good I wouldn't stay for years if I'm not satisfied
I think they do what the company rules
they keep pushing us to reach our goal
workload is easy and the metrics is achievable
Working at the comfort of my own home
They are good team player
interact with my co worker
I feel that this yearly merit policy is unfair
The people are diverse and easy to get along with
I will be happy if we will be working from home permanently
I can feel their eagerness to help the team to reach our goal
my co workers are fine we work together as a team to reach our goal
my leader is doing his best to help us achieved a goal in terms of team scorecard
pay is low, the condition to get a salary raise is so high, incentives are hard to attain
the WFH set up is fairly convenient, even if we have to pay for our own internet and electricity
I would appreciate if they increase the employees salary not just by performance but also they should consider the employees loyalty and how long they have been on the company.
