they say its provincial rate where the expenses with those who are in Manila rate are the same, I've been in the BPO Industry since 2013 and what I get paid is the same as the newbies. kinda seems unfair.
Qual é a coisa mais positiva da cultura e do ambiente da sua empresa?
everything is good so far, hopefully they let people like me who does bike to work enter the premises on slippers/ crocs and change at the CRs/ locker area where I can leave my shoes so I dont have to bring it everyday.
