Proud working because of the story how the company started and how the CEO experience. How they treat their employees. Negative side, before they said that the company is pro employees but for now, I think that there should be a lot of survey on how O.M Sites and account handles and treat their team
O que você mais gosta nos lideres?
My Team Leader was able to pacify our team if there is drastic changes on our schedules and our account. He was able make us feel that we are important even though mostly we are not being heard by our O.M.
Quais são algumas das melhores coisas da sua equipe?
We help each other and support each other. Most especially when our support is not around. There are times it is hard for teams who are taking live calls and needed support and they can only depend on their teams as well.
Qual é a melhor parte das suas compensações?
Medical and Salary even though Salaries value went down because of the price inflation. However if you compare it to other peoples salary we are still getting paid fairly since we are still working from home. But if we are working onsite, it will not be enough.
O que faz você mais feliz no trabalho?
My answer is neutral, happy to go to work because I always think that I am blessed that I have work. Sometimes not because every month there are changes in our Account. Either they removed TL's or they move teammates from other account without one month notice. You are not sure what it will be for
Qual é a coisa mais positiva da cultura e do ambiente da sua empresa?
The CEO.. I am proud to have a CEO who emails us and ask about our opinion. It is very important that we can provide our feedbacks most especially if the CEO does not know what is happening on each sites, account and how management handles their team. Thank you for listening and for giving us voice
