be pro-employees instead of pro-clients, they only think whats best in the clients eye and does not give consideration to employees challenges when it comes concerns/complaints raise on a daily basis Whenever they hear employees raising concern they track them down and being bullied from management
give proper compensation that we deserve and stop lowballing us and gaslighting us that we are the ones looking for job and everything is voluntary. provide cash incentives instead of piece paper for recognition put stop in mass dismissal/attrition as the root cause of the issue is being pro-client
being progressive and renounce being conservative as its already the 20th century in year 2024 and the people that I'm working with are only open with only tolerating the LGBT+ community but it really shows on their actions that they do no accept as for who are and disrepect on a daily basis
