Been here for 7 years, and I can see myself retiring here. I have no intentions of leaving TaskUs as I want to see things through from when I joined in 2017 till what it will look like in a few years!

TaskUs has been awesome since Day 1. I've seen and have been a part of TaskUs when we were 7k strong, and now we are nearing 50k its fulfilling to have made a positive contribution to that.

Despite TaskUs maturing and growing at record speed, the culture that I have known since 2017 is still actively being exercised everyday.

In my role, there is transparency on strategy and direction. This helps me craft my team's approach and strategy aligned with the broader org's trajectory.

In our role, we are provided with the flexibility to craft relevant solutions, and are somehow independent in terms of formulating action plans and approach which fosters innovation.

Its been a few years that we have worked at this pace, and quite honestly, despite the fact that TaskUs has matured since I joined in 2017, the culture and values has always been front and center.

Not really undervalued, but given the breadth and scope of the responsibility I handle (Global), and the historical value me and my team has had over the past years, I believe it is worthwhile reassessing my compensation package.

Strategic vision within our CxO is clearly communicated to me, and, in my role, I am empowered to make decisions and strategic plans aligned with my CxO's vision. That in itself gives me the motivation and drive to do what I think is best for the company - knowing I am fully supported by leaders.
