well we hang out together to balance work and life. we do a lot of things outside to avoid getting stress at work.
O que faz você mais feliz no trabalho?
well the only reason to make my self happy is to think about the future of my future son and my wife. to get motivated and think that I am working for them.
O que precisa melhor na cultura da empresa?
increase the salary, be people, feel us also, see the country, do something, move, speak, and make a way on how people will get motivated. They already comparing the salary from taskus to others because its not really fair.
O que faz você mais feliz no trabalho?
This has a lot of reason but the highlight was having my team everyday. we make a lot of fun activities, talks, eating together, having one vibe. it also makes me happy because I do really need to get motivate to achieve my goal in personal life. "cross finger"

the best thing about my team is how we manage the healthy environment, how we lift up each other, how we talk about lifestyle to achieve our individual and team goal. we help each other like a family. "no one left behind" it also about my team leader she manage us wonderfully to have this team
Por que você se sente desvalorizado e o que faria você se sentir melhor compensado?
well I was thinking about the Job I had before where I can demand may pay but however now it was below my expectation but its fine task us makes me feel excellent working, and I'm already thinking to be part if task us for the long run and to achieve increase to my pay :>
Por que você se sente desvalorizado e o que faria você se sentir melhor compensado?
I have a low basic salary with what I'm working with. honestly I don't have really no choice to take it. because my wife is pregnant but then again I don't see task us will be my long run job. Come on guys. our country is already in a high crisis. consumable items are already expensive
O que você mais gosta nos lideres?
Well technically I do only like 1 person which is my team leader who always fight for us. to correct what is wrong and make wrong to a right things. regarding to other leadership aside from my supervisor I think they need to work on considering people having a problem at first like a very very first
Qual é a coisa mais positiva da cultura e do ambiente da sua empresa?
well TaskUs was different from my previous BPO company. It feels like I'm not working on a typically "BPO Company" it makes may work and life balance. it give me time to thing and not to worried at the same time. it helps me to improve my mentality and I do really love working on task us
O que você mais gosta nos lideres?
My Supervisor which is Ma. Geraldine Ching is one of the best supervisor in my entire BPO or even all kind of jobs i had. she is very nice to other person and approachable person. she is also kind to her team and excellent on leading the team in a good path. she focus on her team not on her self.
