nothing really about TaskUs, heloo was only positive and its a downgrading for every heloo employee.

All our competitors have higher wages and a real people first culture. This company seems to run an image that it cannot comply with. No real value of skills and experience no transarency at all.

heloo was the best team ever, sure a company like TaskUs cannot be flexible due to its size, but the culture is degrading every day. You should watch the video of the last townhall meeting Adria and everything will be clear.

No que a equipe de líderes deveria melhor?

Get rid of american standards in Europe or you will fail massively. You are already! People first is a joke in thos company especiallly when the CEO for Adria isn't careing about people leaving the company. No transparency and no clear and honest communication. This is really a joke!

You should listen to people with such experience in Europe and not just acting people first culture but provide it!!! YOur CEO for Europe compares oliveoil prices to tell us we should keep our mouths shut and not asking for fairer compensation. Really if you can watch the townhall meeting for Adria
