I love the collaboration. It's suffered a lot with WFH as people feel less connected to their team, but I think that's more around the conversation of virtual work than it is specific to our team.

Overall, Uber never changed its approach to compensation. Before we went public, compensation aimed at providing more RSUs and employees would think they'd be worth a ton in the future. We never shifted our strategy to focus on a post-Uber IPO world that factors this in, so your pay is just lower.
