I am a cog in the wheel, well greased with perks but interchangeable. I get along well with the other cogs, we work together nicely, but we are all just numbers in the end. That is made obvious with certain comments from the executives during Tuesday meetings

The rate is low for the amount of work it takes to do my role

I like that this company cares about physical health with the gym and the kitchen. I also appreciate the flexibility with start times.
What are some of the best things about your team?
camaraderie. I like working together to find the best headlines, ads, who is the best person to talk to for certain collateral, etc. We support each other and do what we can to help each other succeed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that the media buyers as a department are undervalued in this company. They take on a role similar to that of a product manager working with all the departments to push digital content forward. The compensation does not inspire strong work ethic. There is a lot to do, it is not just buying
