Unlimited time off. Funny that I love having the option to take as much time off as I need/want, but I actually take very little time!

Finding ways to make marketing more effective, yet simplifying processes for marketers. If I can make someone's job easier while still maintaining results, then I've succeeded in my role.

the quality of people on my team is exceptional - there's not one person who doesn't pull their weight and add value to improve the team's contributions to the company

they are open to trying new things. It's ok to try something new and fail at it as long as we learn from it and use it to do better,

everyone from leadership down actually walks the talk - the culture is not just "words on a page" but those words are backed by action at all levels of the company

they really walk the talk - the culture here is not just words on a page. Everyone form the CEO to all managers really do live the culture everyday - and it's totally refreshing!

unlimited time off and remote work. I never feel stressed about asking for a day off - or pressured near the end of the year to use vacation days so I don't lose them.

My job is always different and challenging. I get the opportunity to try new thing, learn and fail. And, it's OK to fail. Find what went wrong and make it better the next time.

everyone values each other and is part of the same team - I've never seen anyone "throw someone under the bus" or act in a manner to solely advance their own station. It's a team effort to help the company succeed.

they walk the talk - we have a very clear set of compnay values and the executives live those values. It's not just words on a page. The company leadership actually act on the values and set a positive example for all associates.
