We are super busy, sometimes it feels like there are not enough hours in the day, but this is how i like it. The work is rewarding, i enjoy getting up in the morning, checking my email, getting started, i love my team, my managers, the systems, i cannot say enough nice things about it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What can I say, I love my job, I love our leadership, I love the benefits, and I am truly happy at work. I look forward to working each day. I haven't been this excited about work in many years. My only regret is not joining Imprivata earlier in my career.

Open communication, a sincerity from the E level to all staff, you can tell they truly care.

The medical/dental/vision is fantastic, the unlimited PTO is amazing, and pre-Covid the 401K match was also fantastic.

Its a fun place to work, always something neat going on, and they care about your personal time.

We are a true team. We're all always happy to assist each other. The attitude is infectious.

We are truly a team, everyone is always willing and happy to assist. This is the true definition of TEAM.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like making a difference, i have fun at work, and for me, when i'm having fun its not even really work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They over-communicate (which is a good thing), they are invested in all factes of the organazation, and the overall vibe is that they care. Its not lipservice, i really believe they do.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part, the healthcare. Its a little high, however you get a ton with it so its all relative. The retirement contributions, and I also love the unlimited PTO. Its hard to name just one.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My entire team, there isn't one person who isn't willing to help when asked. We all care about each other and we all value each other. Its a fantatic team and it speaks volumes to our leadership.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
From the top to the bottom, we value our relationships with our customers. We do not lose sight of the value and service we provide and we 100% make a positive difference with our customers and their abilities to care for their internal staff and customers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency from the top is top notch. My direct leadership, manager, senior manager, and director, this is the best management team I have ever had (and I have been in the IT industry for over 25yrs). They truly care about you, both personal and professional.
