Lumen (formerly CenturyLink) – Attempted to reduce level of service, drop phone but keep internet. Company canceled entire acct in error. Turned off instantly. Would take a week to turn back on. Plus they wanted to charge $25 installation fee to fix their error adding insult to injury. They refused to transfer me to a supervisor.
