Pay based on market rates for commensurate responsibilities. They are moving toward a combination of that and merit though.

I feel we can do more to make how compensation is determined transparent and assist people through planning their own career progression.

Everyone has a wonderful attitude toward other people's/function's needs and they are willing to look forward toward better ways of doing things, rather than getting bogged down in existing processes.

Support and flexibility. We are able to work together to take care of each other and help each other be our best, and when we're not at our best, we work together to lighten the burden.

The sense of fulfillment in my role, and that my manager is interested in making sure I continue to feel fulfilled by my opportunities here and don't get stuck in a place I don't want to be.

It is reevaluated at least once per year and retention budgets are equitable to recruitment. Cost of living increases are available, if someone isn't eligible for a market adjustment for their position or a promotion at that time.
