I got here young and very motivated. I am a good employee and succeeded a lot. I am now unhappy and depressed. I even got a handicapped status. It has to stop.

I am not paid enough for the work I do

Retaining talents and making our workplace safe with a coherent work load

Too much work, shows and expectations from the leadership compared to our bandwidth and salary

Improving salaries and making it a safe place (many known problematic persons are still here, years after years)

My salary didn't match the inflation. I got a small raise but I am feeling less financially at ease than when I joined the company 8 years ago.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

My manager is harassing me and an other person from my team. She pushed many people to burnout and depression over the years but HR is still doing nothing except telling us we need to communicate better. It's been 35 years.
