Worki in a RX is being a great experience in overall, but recently with some executives decisions, i have the feel that the company in my BU does not care aabout our nimble culture. And the response looks like that if we are not happy, the door is our way out and no carrer growing opportunities.

My manager and director are very responsible, working closely and together, trusting the team and helping us to improve as professionals

I love the show area, have a grate ientification and working with i'm good in an business area that suits me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This is more a BU problem, with the feeling of being with a lot of job accumulation and withaout the proper position and salary.

My coworkes feel inclusive and that are always open to learn and teach and help each other in a way that we deliver the best work possible.

The salary is below avarage of the market for all the comapny in my area, even tho the issue is know, some financial limitations block the company to match the market's avarage
