
Never being bored, there is always something new to learn, from last year till now there a lot of new systems and the challenge to cover the different goals is excited. I would like to recommend an efficiently way of communication in important matters, sometimes is the way the message is delivered.
It´s been like a roller coaster, with a lot of learning on a more financial perspective on events and not just focus on their execution. Additionally, maintaining a strategic focus over 3 years ahead keeps myself creative and active. Participate at the ERG team is meaningful

overtime is not compensated (and in events is quite hard to keep a schedule) however some flexibility and empathy will be appreciated when we are on execution of the show but delivering documents are instructed.
