The culture is great, but surely not always sweet and smooth. The product is innovative, though we need more sharpening with more competitions coming.

They're a mostly Indian company with the HQ in the Bay and a few non-Indians simply to appeal to NA clients.

Solo: Solo has been able to create an amazing culture. Not culture in the sense of great perks. Sure there is free breakfast and lunch on Friday, on site gym, free chiropractor, and teeth whitening. Culture exists in the people that work there and they are all amazing.
TikTok: They have and encourage the creation of the best content on the web, and its not even close. Also the users who comment tend to be the most supportive of any social media app.
TikTok: I think their old algorithm showed me more content I liked. Now, their new content is all the same and mainstream. The old videos were funnier and more original.

Since I have voluntarily resigned my position multiple staff or former coworkers have texted my cellphone harrassing me while I am pregnant. I left rainbow due to harrassment and endangerment of my unborn child due to coworkers.
Frito-Lay: Very very poor leadership, very very poor raises if any. Poor work conditions . They micromanage every minute of the day and increase standards regulary and forced to work too many hours.
Habitat: Great mission and I know I've been part of its success, but leadership does not motivate for what the future could be.
Frito-Lay: They have great pay and great benefits, including a pension and 401k, but long hours, and no family time. Shortages and force out products burn their own employees as out of dates are a loss to the employee and not the company. Mostly good, but there are some things that could be improved.
