Paycom: I love working at Paycom - the company expects a lot, but also gives back, both to employees and our clients.
Vista: My experience has been excellent. I can challenge myself as I progress through different departments while adjusting to fit the roles I find interesting. My colleagues are supportive and encouraging which helps to motivate me to do more.
Chubb: My career has grown a lot here due to my network, my results and opportunities I've been given. The job is only as good as your manager like most places and there seems to be a large focus on cost cutting, return to office and overloading of responsibilities.

RingCentral: I am very happy with RC. I feel that I was able to hit a jackpot when it comes to the benefits. Although sometimes the workload doesn't feel right, especially that there is no skill allowance give, but I'm glad that our managers make their way in giving back to us like approving VL and other req.
Bell: I think is very good, I started as a operator and then was promoted to a trainer. I feel happy here and try to learn as much as possible.

Bell: I have worked on the H-1 Platform as a Airframes/Hydraulics mechanic for 19 years and thought I was lucky to be able to work for Bell after retiring from the Marine Corps. I am thankful for the opportunity and wanted to be a part of this company not as a contractor but a direct employee.
RingCentral: Overall, working 1 year in the company has been great. I got to try new things and was exposed to new experiences as well. All positive!

RingCentral: Its been a challenging first year or learning the business and the system setup at RC. The challenge has been a catalyst in my personal development and learning of Xactly. I've been forced to the learn the system in news and have also been challenged professionally in many other ways.
Bell: Good. I think that orientation was good, but too fast. Most new hires know little about how retirement and health insurance work. It would be beneficial to spend more time on those topics during orientation. I also think that all new hires should be required to take the Bell Product Knowledge Class.
Thrivent: Support, care, proffesionalism. We lift each other up.
Bell: I've been with Bell for nearly three decades. I've see us go from V-22 centric to more of a commercial focus and back to a strong military program. I've seen Bell's reputation for advanced flight improve during my career to being recognized as a company that's at the leading edge today!
Bell: My overall experience has been good. There are difficult and challenging times at any company, and Bell is no different.
Vista: I has been good so far. With the changing culture you learn how to be very flexible and how to adapt on the fly.
Visionworks: Customer service in the Annapolis, Md store. Attitude determines altitude and there's landed in the sewer. Miscommunication to customers. Just a horrible experience overall. I was just trying to acquire a functional pair of night driving glasses.

Whithin 5 minutes of placing my order, i contacted Lenscrafters/Luxottica customer service to cancel the order. "Not allowed" !!

Greyhound Lines: Greyhound is one of the worst companies I have dealt with in my life. Horrible, abusive treatment by its staff who create dangerous situations and absolutely zero accountability. Train staff would be the first order of business.
Aspen Dental: Aspin billed me for work never done but documented in my medical records that said work was done; Aspin refuses to reverse the charges, claiming that since the items were charted, it means the work was done and Aspin cannot do any reversals.
Aveda: To be a sound product which does not harm the environment.

American Water Works: Billing errors on American water and customer service is not helpful and have a i dont care attitude. 4 months ago American determined an error on their meter and ive had incorrect billing since. They give the standard it must be a leak in your hone and/or a toilet running. Its pathetic!

Bell: In almost 20 years at Bell I would rate my overall experience as excellent. Working with the customer has always been a great experience when I get to say I represent Bell. Every upper management person, with the exception of Mitch Snyder, have talked a good game but are political like usual though.

First Advantage: I have been here over 5 years and there are no opportunities to advance. We are always told work faster when we are already thinly staffed. The work environment created within my branch creates no incentive to work hard and grow. With no were to move up and no real financial incentive.
First Advantage: I enjoy the job I do but feel as I am not being utilized to do work with other teams.
Bell: it operates as a large company with all the tools that you need to get the job done, but it has the small company feel from everyone knowing each other and willing to lend a helping hand.
First Advantage: communication at our level things that effect us in this office, from our clients to personnel.
First Advantage: Great place to work but compensation has to be relooked and corrected half yearly as per market trends for employees to stick for long term.
First Advantage: I am very ambivalent. the work is good, some of the people are good, but the managers despite being decent people don't know what we do and don't really care about quality, just the numbers. they can't tell if someone is doing an actual good job quality-wise or not. that's depressing.

Petco: They were supposed to send me to academy a whole year ago but they haven't. I'm getting paid 11 an hr and the new bather they were going to fast track to academy and she's getting paid 15. I believe I'm still counted as part time she's counted as full time.

Bell: As a long-term employee (30+ years) I have held many positions and worked on many different programs and areas, mostly within engineering. This is one of the strong points within Bell. There is always opportunity to learn and grow within the company.
Bell: Could be a Great Company to work for but changes need to be made, Bad Management/Senior Management & the people are NOT friendly. The turn over is way to high at Bell.

National Veterinary Associates: Total lack of accountability and have no clue what goes on behind the front doors of their buisnesses. Numbers are important but to them number over rule the health of thei main customers the animals.
Bell: Bell produces good and generally safe products due to the care and technical capability of the individuals involved, but this is in spite of the safety and requirements processes (or lack thereof). Bell is one of the largest companies I have seen with a small # of high quality development standards
