Yeshiva University: In general, YU is a good place to work if your direct manager and coworkers are good. The university leadership is a mess and has no vision. Unless there is radical leadership change, I would not be surprised if the university closed within the next 10 years.

Smarsh: Smarsh is a fast moving company. New C leadership brings big change to the org, not always necessary but all change impacts the org & initiatives that are in flight or planned. Communication from top to bottom doesnt seem to be working & alignment at the top appears off.

Smarsh: Good overall, especially if you are going to be working within one team or department. Cross-functional roles are challenging because of how globally-distributed the teams are. Engineering is split in 2 groups, and having to work with both can be difficult because of time and culture differences.

Smarsh: As a long time employee, I've seen lots of regime changes in leadership over the years. Hands down, this is the best time to work for Smarsh. Suzanne and the HR team are incredible and have done so much to retain people. Middle management is no longer filled with inflated egos.

InVision: This has been a great experience - working remotely can be tough from some but it really helps that the whole company is remote so you don't feel like you are missing out on anything happening in an office. Everyone works hard and values the efforts from other employees.
