Sonder: Everything. On the high-levels, Sonder is about profit and does not care about emloyees or guests. They tell a good story and wrap it in a ribbon but nothing coud be farther from the truth.

However, I have had several manager changes since I began and the career development I would like to see for myself has been minimal from management. Regardless I love Medela!

Alkami Technology: I enjoy parts of Alkami, however, I lost a few benefits from switching companies. I miss the WFH option, especially since my team travels often. It was a nice perk to know you could work a day or two a week when you wanted/needed. I hope this changes as it's a perk most companies in Dallas have.
Medela: My current manager is amazing - he isn't a manager, he is a leader. There are challenges with how much our department is tasked to complete. Unfortunately, that can lead to burn-out & ultimately people leaving. The employees of my dept are very valuable &be disappointing if folks left.

Benihana: Great and managements at Benihana SF needs to be fixed. Need attention from HR department. Making a faithful chef upset is not a good idea, because chefs are the engine of Benihana. I am just a server there but I feel bad for the chefs and they deserve better.
Medela: The 6 years that I've worked here I've learned more in that time than all my years working and college combined. I have outstanding supervisors/managers and coworkers that I have learned so much from. Every team that I have been a part of has been a great team to work with at Medela.
