The company's projected concern for their employees is a facade. Rampant favoritism results in unfair/unjust treatment.
KUBRA: It started off with a steep learning curve, but I was able to self learned and asked for help. Once I am up and running, a lot of products made sense (compare to just reading the materials or attending e-course online)

HealthStream: I did not have very much experience when I first started at HealthStream, however this company has allowed me to grow so much-both personally and professionally. My leaders and teammates (both current and past) have supported me in so many ways as I worked my way up the ladder.
HealthStream: My overall experience at Healthstream has been good. There were issues with my computer equipment and log on issues at the beginning but those were worked out eventually. There continue to be hiccups but the IT staff have been able to address the issues timely.
Roku: I love Roku - seriously the best place I've ever worked. I think the exec team is a bunch of smart leaders with a charming nerdy humility. Everyone is motivated and works hard and helps each other achieve common goals. The compensation is really good and competitive with the FAANG companies.
HealthStream: I've been very happy at HealthStream. I started do to an acquisition of my previous company. The acquisition was smooth and I've really enjoyed the HealthSteam culture.
