Bobby's personal wealth prevents him from relating to employee retirement needs. He should lean in and work to understand how retirement plans can benefit hstm by retaining talent. Turn over and loss of institutional knowledge hurts hstm more than any other place I've worked bc of the complexity.
My opinion of Bobby and Eddie greatly increased during the covid crisis. Previously we heard from them quarterly in formal updates. During the pandemic, it felt like they did really care for employees bc they were seemingly transparent about risks and shared more of the personal side of themselves
