Higher management care less about the people and retaining talent. There is no work/life balance. No time for personal learning.
Based on current software job market, people get paid much better outside for the work I deliver. At Sabre, It seems it is always about work but you don't get rewarded about the work you deliver. no raise, no promotion and being understaffed working after hours a lot of times.
