I like the effort the teams put into making the return to office fun and inviting, while still remaining extremely flexible and offering remote / flex work options. I feel like we are treated as adults who can manage time wisely and independently .
It seems once you are in the Principal pay grade, you can stay there for 10-20 years with minimal compensation increase. How can one can get to Principal level 2, or if "promoted" to manager, expect a pay increase rather than just the title change.
