PTO structure seems great and the last week of the year
We get a variety in our work and I get to help some of the other parts of our larger team
We don't seem to have much culture at this point. I think we used to have more of a fun engaging culture with parties and benefits to encourage travel like interline cruise rates
Commitment to personalized travel seems poorly framed. We misinterpret when we have the right to use data at the executive level and it causes me to worry when our executives speak on the topic.
