Decisiveness and focus on innovation are something thats good. Due to the layoffs/reduction of workforce, there is an impact on the morale as it seems to be a constant threat.
Knowledgable,skillful.Offlate the team spirit and culture of sharing is missing.Managers are just focused on deliverables, status, delivery dates without really considering the complexity/volume of the work.Maybe because of pressure from leadership. Inherent problems highlighted allowed to fester.
After workforce reduction, no new hires were done. As a result, work have considerably increased on an individual. Moreover, compensation is not as per current market standard. So essentially, getting overworked and lacks the equivalent pay parity that comes with the work.
