What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Definately the positive attitudes of the customers (with a few exceptions haha), my head boss, and my peer coworkers. Also the efficiency of teamwork.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My personal compensation was just, but the franchise owner did not allow for raises so someone who started working two years ago recieved the same pay as someone who just walked in that day. Also, my manager didn't schedule people very fairly for the hours they needed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I absolutely loved my team. They were almost always willing to jump in and help out and be the first to politely correct you if you made a mistake and they were fun to be around. Unfortunately, however, my manager was the only coworker I ever had any issues with.
