
Don't lie about a "new normal" and "flexible first". Actions speak louder than words
Too much misalignment between departments. Management making decisions without taking labor into consideration. All this leads to bad interactions with customers, which creates stress in work environment.
Learn to think for themselves, instead of deferring constantly and looking to others for answers. Stand up for themselves and not let customers and management push them around.
The company creates surveys that give them the answers they want to hear, and they don't learn the true feelings of the employees. Figure out what the employees actually care about and double down on that.
Management has acknowledged pay isn't the best, and yet they try to spin it like it's a good thing for the employees. Management is greedy and does a poor job placating the people actually doing the work.
