
My team makes working here fun.
I put in more work than is required of my position, yet the promotion I'm working towards seems to always be out of reach.
Management needs to learn how to communicate with each other and with the team. Part of this includes asking for and taking team feedback seriously.
We all get along very well. We do team bonding activities sometimes, and those are always very fun. They're also all very open to helping me out when I need it.
I think leadership needs to not discuss the standing of some employees with other employees. If I hear that my manager is bad mouthing one of my coworkers to me/others, then I'm going to be reluctant to open up to my manager.
