Autonomy to do my job and make decisions without being micro-managed.
Hard-working group of folks who want to be head's down and do the work.
Leadership Team has become more transparent and I've appreciated the concerted effort to communicate with employees on a more regular basis.
Flexibility on Work From Home!! I'm not sure I could do the job right now if I had to come in every day w/ community, family, etc...
-Small team so we have to be tight. -Able to have good and bad days and we all understand it and give one another a lot of grace. -hardworking peers
Feel that feedback provided in 2x/year survey regarding WFH policies and compensation are completely ignored. I would feel better with fair compensation and being allowed to do my job remotely - where I am most productive and the team has proven itself to be over the last 5 years.
I have felt that V4 doesn't seem to care much about this compensation issue. There is a high turnover rate on some teams b/c of compensation which is incredibly disruptive to keep things moving smoothly. I appreciate the "range" but it is NOT market value and has not stayed current w/ inflation need
