Pay is low compared to industry standards, annual performance increases are small and take forever to get (April), and I would like to not be a part of United Healthcare based on research of how they deny claims and treat their customers.
I'd like to see better benefits around mental health such as 0 copay for mental health visits through apps like Talkspace. I think the compensation could be a tad higher given the cost of living and inflation that we are in right now.
I don't have the tools to do my job efficiently and effectively. Salesforce is horrible for my position. The customers complain about it, it's a mess, and no one seems to care. I'd like more up to date tools. PowerBI can pull data from several platforms and make a nice overall picture.
