I think we are behind our competitors as far as evolution of products working together. We are losing a lot of accounts because our systems don't talk to each other. Kind of feels as if that feedback is blown off at times and attributed to us not being strong of Account Managers

A higher salary would help as we work on large deals which take a lot of time, energy and travel. A higher salary would offset the upfront costs we pay for work travel (which is expected to clock in at 30% of the time)
