Leadership should be transparent about the issues at V4 and should take ownership of the role they played in the creation of said issues.
The team members here want to do the right thing and want to be better despite the many roadblocks they face on a daily basis.
I am currently performing the work of a VP-level employee due to the exit of the previous VP and the situation we find ourselves in.
My coworkers need to be empowered to make decisions at their level. Some coworkers also need to acknowledge that what got us here won't get us there as I continue to hear comments like, "This is the way we've always done it."
