I think the 401(k) aspect of our compensation package is wonderful!

Everyone is so collaborative and supportive! The leadership style of my leaders evokes warmth, value, and inclusion!

ADP's culture is one of inclusion, warmth, and work ethic. I feel as though everyone is encouraged to be there authentic self and is consequently accepted for it.
What makes you most happy at work?
I really enjoy connecting with others and finding ways to help those around me! I know that the work I'm doing is meaningful, but also appreciate all the associate engagement opportunities as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The overall culture of my team is AMAZING! Everyone is always so willing to help, no matter the task at hand. I feel respected and valued by my teammates, which leaves me feeling excited and energized to return to work each day!
