ADP has been the best thing to happen to me. I honestly wasn't looking at ADP at first, the happened to be at the right place at the right time. I went into ADP not really knowing much, and now I'm still learning each day, and growing each day. But I truly love ADP.

Your mentor sticks with you, not just for a week, but alongside your journey. I'm six months in, and my mentor is still checking in and helping me. The team is amazing and uplifting. It's like nothing else.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is unlike any other job I've been at. Everyone, no matter your team, is there for you and the region. You cheer alongside each other, and help each other in sales. You don't let someone sit alone and drown.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team is encouraging every step of the way! When you have a rough day, they remind you it was just a day and there are more to come. They help you over every speed bump. They also cheer alongside you and your team during the wins.
