Super knowledgeable, open to sharing knowledge and resources, ready to bounce ideas back and forth. Supportive. Kind.

Having the freedom to do my job well and space to grow my skills instead of micromanaging my time; flexibility makes me happy
What do you like best about the leadership team?
ExCom regular communications and transparency are great. Direct manager is terrific so far. Above her, though, leadership is struggling managing growth and associate retention.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate that a full suite of benefits is available, including voluntary options. Also greatly appreciate the company contribution to core plan costs, my HSA, and the 401k match.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like seeing more women added to Senior Leadership as well as people of color - it's been a white men's club for far too long. I like how Sr. Leaders relate with employees on a personal level and share their stories, fears and excitement.
