Hard to pick out one thing - it's the whole package that makes it good.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It is apparent from their actions they truly believe in and drive the company's values - those statements are much more than just words.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I can call on others to ask for input, feedback, assistance and feel they are there for me. We also take time to get to know each other and even set aside game time on occasional team meetings. Makes work more fun, and enjoying your job is a big part of being happy in general.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Since day 1 I have been blown away by how kind and engaged ADP associates are. In my role I often have to reach out to people I don't know about processes I don't know to get started on a project. I have yet to encounter someone who is not happy to share knowledge and work with me.
