I've been able to progress my role in different areas at ADP, however when managing a team and an area like T&A I don't feel my voice was heard when getting the resource to support our clients, enhance integration and educating the rest of the business.

Other areas of the business are extremely understaffed and pressured which impacts the service we can give to our clients. This also impacts the way I can support my own clients. Listening to associates and ensuring we have enough support for BAU before pushing other goals.
